Melbourne’s historic GTV9 studios are set to be redeveloped into a stunning new residential precinct in Bendigo Street, Richmond.

These iconic studios have a rich history. In 1908 they were the Wertheim Piano Factory, Australia's first. 35 years later they became the HJ Heinz Factory and then in 1955 the home of television in Australia – Australia’s Hollywood. Now they are being transformed for the final time.
